It has belonged to the same family since the complex was built in 1986. Rarely does an end unit become available in Sanabel, so don`t wait around. This unit is on the south end which means you get beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The beach in front of Sanabel is wide and smooth with plenty of room for everybody. Next door is a quaint little pub, Mollly Darcy`s, and if you go out to Hwy 17 there is something to do in either direction. There`s also a red light at the intersection fo 17th Ave S and Hwy 17 S; that`s a big deal. If you live down here, you know... 601 has the same footprint as all of the units in Sanabel with the exception of being on the end. It is cozy and offers enough room for a family of 4 or 6. Two bathrooms, one of which has a jet tub and two bedrooms give you enough privacy to be together of separate. The best part, however, is the beach and the ocean. That is why you came, right? If you get tired of the waves, there is an indoor pool and an outdoor hot tub right beside you. As a matter of fact, you can see these amenities from your balcony! Sometimes you may tire of eating out and eating in. If that`s the case, there are outdoor grills and picnic tables for your pleasure. Do you like to work out? Great...there`s a gym overlooking the pool. With a multi level parking deck, you should be able to find a parking place except during the peak of the season.
