How about a trip to the beach? less then 10 minutes drive time to hit the famed Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and fairs wheel. The home is extremely well cared for with non smokers and no pets in the home. If you can find a better condo in this price range you better move quick because it will not be there for long and neither will this one.
