Walk across the road to get to the beach. No high rise building on the ocean side to obstruct your view. Conveniently located to shopping, dining, grocery stores, drug stores, etc. This would make a wonderful place to use as a vacation home. Short-term rentals are allowed so use it for your vacation and rent the remainder of the time. There is an indoor/outdoor pool as well as fitness center and sauna. Also, there is an on-site restaurant/bar. Owner is allowed a pet. The balcony is also large enough to relax with plenty of room, drink your coffee (or whatever) and watch the sunrise or enjoy the evening and the peace and calm the beach gives you at the end of the day. We are located on the 12th floor. If you have to walk the stairs 12 floors is not so bad (better than 20).
